Silicon Valley Speech is actively seeking to hire part and full time Speech Language Pathologists for our Top Ranked Private Practice

80-95K base compensation

We are seeing individuals who will be members of our clinical staff. This individual will be responsible for providing hands on treatment and performing evaluation for our clients. He/She is innovative, well spoken, and detail oriented.

We are looking for individuals with excellent clinical competence and strong clinical judgment. Such candidates will excel both as individuals and when working on a multi-disciplinary team.

Embodying the company vision, a successful candidate will be acutely aware of traditional therapeutic strategies while striving to implement more innovative techniques into their practice.

The candidate will have a Master’s Degree in Communicative Disorders or a related field, a license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the State of California, and ASHA’s Certificate of Clinical Competence or actively working toward this certificate.


Full-time positions include

starting compensation of 80-95K

Essential Functions of this position include

Screens, evaluates, and treats children and adults with communicative disorders
Provides parent education & caregiver training and education
Develops treatment programs for children and adults with communication disorders
Provides therapy to individuals with communication disorders
Measure and documents outcomes of treatment programs
Interfaces with other member of the client’s team, the parents, and the family
Communicates treatment issues with supervisory staff
Conducts staff and community education
Acquires, at minimum, the continuing education units (CEUs) necessary for license renewal
Provides ongoing support to Silicon Valley Speech
